And the title says it all! The very first official (not a practice!) Gimme Gimme Night Fever show featuring Bee Gees Fever and Bootleg Abba took place last Saturday in the beautiful sunny town of Falmouth in Cornwall, at the great Princess Pavilion Theatre. And a fantastic first show it was too! Both bands journeyed down by road, the Bee Gees boys looking very impressive in their newly-acquired tour bus…

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Journey down was uneventful really, which does make a pleasant change! Got there in plenty of time to set up, and even had a sneaky look at the sea!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After (a rather small portion of) fish and chips for tea, the Bee Gees boys took to the stage and performed a storming show – soon followed by Bootleg Abba. A great night was had by everyone who came – and they saw the start of something quite speacial. Many more shows to come!

It was a rather long journey back though, didn’t get in until well after 4-30….AM!…
